How to Buy / Pay
1. Please call or email for detailed payment and delivery information.
2. Local pickup and payment can be arranged in Pretoria.
3. Payment can be made be direct bank deposit (South Africa only) or Paypal.
4. The instant Paypal transaction limit for South African customers is $100, larger purchases require Paypal verification, which can take a while. Credit card transactions can be processed through Paypal. If you would like to pay via paypal, send an enquiry and we will send you a paypal invoice.
5. Our standard delivery method for South African orders is via Speed Services Counter to Door Overnight Service, which is R90 per item. Delivery is normally within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), after confirmation of payment.
6. International deliveries will be made via DHL (Call for quote, but is approx R500 / $75 for Southern Africa and R1200/$175 for North Africa and Europe). Deliveries can also be made via EMS which is slightly cheaper, but takes a little longer.
6. Special arrangements can be made for larger orders.
7. Transactions paid by cheque will only be processed after the cheque has cleared (up to 7 working days).
Terms and Conditions
Items will only be shipped after payment has been received in full.
We offer no warranty on these items as they are used outside our control, and they are used entirely at the customers own risk.
We do supply software with some of our interfaces and will provide support of our registered or vendor packages. We cannot provide support for demo or other software that we supply free of charge, in these cases, the relevent software supplier should be contacted for support. We will however do our best to help as much as we can.
We will offer a full refund of the purchase price (not the cost of delivery) only if the item is not compatible with your car , if we are informed of the intention to return the item within 24 hours of you receiving it and item is returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
